Ann Depta founded the company in 1990. Since then Meridian consultants have worked with many diverse clients to address their issues around leadership, teambuilding, 360 feedback and change management. Our philosophy of leadership is that effective leaders are those who can influence and motivate people at all levels to drive change toward improvement of processes, both "hard" and "soft."
In our world, leaders are those who can build partnerships up, down and sideways in order to make things happen. Our flagship leadership program, called "How to Influence With Integrity," teaches managers and professionals how to get things done through partnerships. We also use the "Influence" model as the foundation for our highly successful leadership coaching process.
The leader of today recognizes that it is especially important to build a partnership with his or her team. We are veterans at this and we specialize in helping our clients execute strategies for team development.
